"I'm grieving something named or unnamed"

Grief can arrive like fog - slow, weighty, unspoken

Or it can rip you wide open.

It doesn’t always come with a name.

You might not know exactly what you’ve lost… only that something hurts.

I honour the tenderness in your system.

You don’t have to explain or justify your grief here.

It’s enough that you feel it.

A voice note from me to meet you in this moment

Voice Note Script

"Grief doesn’t follow logic and it moves according to its own dance steps.

It can weave through the days quietly, unannounced and sometimes it beats down your door with its screams.

Whether you’re grieving a version of yourself, a lost dream, a person, a partner, a past or an imagined future, I’m holding you in this moment.

You don’t have to name it for it to be real.

You don’t have to heal it today.

You’re allowed to just be with it — gently, honestly, and without urgency."

Sacred Question

"What is ready to be witnessed

in me today?"

Let the question land in your body - not your mind.

You don’t have to answer.

You can just let it echo through your being.

Invitation Into Belonging

Your grief has a rhythm.

You don't have to rush it.

Let yourself be met rather than fixed.

This space will not ask you to be more than you are.

You are witnessed.  And you belong.
