"You’ve landed here and you are so welcome. 

That overwhelm in your system is something I have known so well during my life. Maybe it feels like a torrent of sensation and emotion or perhaps there is a hollowness and a numbness.

I want you to know you don’t need to fix anything right now.

You made it here, which tells me something in you is still seeking.

As much as you might long for perfection you know, in your heart, that it’s impossible.

Are you willing to let presence be enough?

Let’s just be with that for a moment. 

No pressure to shift or solve. 

Just you, me, and a pause to breathe."
